How do I report a bug?

If you've followed our troubleshooting steps but are still unable to use an app, let us know! You can report an app issue by leaving a review in the app store or by submitting a ticket to our support team.

When submitting a ticket, please provide as much information as possible so that our support team can better assist you. Example information you can include is:

  • Name of the app with the issue
  • App version number
  • Device name and model
  • Device operating system version number
  • Details of what issue you're seeing, when you see it, and where you see it
